The Maisel brewery was founded in 1887 by Hans und Eberhardt Maisel as a family business. The brewery is located in Bayreuth, Oberfranken, near Nürnberg in Germany. Today it is the fourth generation of the family, Jeff Maisel that runs the brewery.

I bought this beer at a Bayern web shop at the price of 2,5 Euro for a 500 ml bottle at 3,2%.

A beautiful orange glow to the colour of this unfiltered beer.

A gigantic head of fine bubbles with even finer bubbles on top.

A sweet fruit in the aroma.

Okay fruit taste but the low alcohol is noticeable and it seems a little too thin and watery.
