Goldstar is brewed in Israel since 1950, it was originally produced at the Cabeer Brewery in Rishon LeZion.

My girlfriend bought this beer at a local supermarket in Israel, Jerusalem at the price of 2,3 Euro for a 500 ml can at 4,4%.

A stunning golden gold look to it, really lives up to its name.

The head disappears quickly.

The aroma got notes of caramel to it and the taste is dominated by its flat CO2, there is a little caramel to the taste but it is overridden by a bitterness in the finish, a finish with a touch of lager.
