The brewery is located on a castled and is known as Schlossbrauerei Fuchsberg, Fuchsberg, Germany. The first Fuchsberger beer was brewed in 1663, but there is history dating back to 1313 about brewing on the castle.

I bought this unfiltered weissbeer from a German webshop at the price of 1,49 Euro for a 500 ml bottle at 5,4%.

Good looking orange in the colour.

Large head with a fine top, coloured from the beer. The head stays on.

Good sweet aroma with a fresh wheat and fruit.

Good CO2, good fruit and wheat in the taste. Suitable after taste with a medium sweet fruit.
