The Weltenburger monastery is founded around year 617 on the southern banks of the Danube river in Bayern, Germany. The brewery was built in 1050 which makes it the 2nd oldest brewery in the world. This day today there is 14 monks living at the Weltenburger monastery.

Medium head with a very fine top.
Aroma that leads your thought on porridge and wheat.
Good CO2, a little thin and watery wheat and very light in the taste.
