The weissbier brewery Plank Wiefelsdorf was founded on the first sunday in October 1888 by Michael Plank.

I bought this unfiltered weissbeer from a German webshop at the price of 1,49 Euro for a 500 ml bottle at 0,0%.

Good looking yellow colour with a few large chunks of sediment.

Small to medium head.

Good sweet fruit in the aroma with a hint of metal to it.

Good CO2, delicious sweet fruit with a lovely wheat in the after taste.
