The brewery was built in 1868 in Missen, Germany by the Graßl family. In 1939 the family Schäffler got involved and since 1984 it has been under the control of the Graßl family.

I bought this unfiltered weissbeer from a German webshop at the price of 1,49 Euro for a 500 ml bottle at 5,2%.

Rough structured head that is gone in a moment.

Beautiful orange colour and unfiltered look.

Good sweet fruit in the aroma and it comes off with a suitable strength.

Fantastic fruit, powerful sweetness and still so balanced in the taste. Good CO2 and after taste.
