Midtfyns brew house was founded in 2004 in Årslev, Denmark. It is a micro brewery that started out brewing beer on license from Scotland but since 2006 they have used their own recipes and develop their own new beers.

I bought this beer in a local wine shop in Odense, Denmark at the price of 6 Euro for a 500ml bottle at 6,2%

The colour is orange with mostly brown glow and notes too it, due to its heavy residue and being unfiltered.

The head is good, but disappears quickly and leaves a thin layer.

The aroma is fresh and fruity with a hint of bitterness.

Very low CO2, hops shines through and the fruit feels anonymous. The after taste is pleasent, the bitterness is low and good and it hides its high alcohol level very good.
