The brewery, Privaten Landbrauerei Schönram, was founded in 1780 by Landwirt Franz Jacob Köllerer and after more than 235 years later it is still owned by the same family and is being run by the 8th generation.

I bought this weissbier from a German webshop in Bayern as a part of a large lot, single price came down to 1,49 Euro for a 500 ml bottle at 5,6%

A good orange colour with tones of red in the top and more to the yellow side at the bottom.

Big head with a rough structured foam with only a tiny bit of fine foam on the top.

Pleasant and good aroma. Comes off with a good strength full of sweet fruit.

Okay CO2 level, good fruit taste, but kind of split between that and a wheated bitterness.
