I bought this apple wheat beer on a 500 ml bottle 5,5% at the price of 6 Euro in a cheese shop in Odense, Denmark.

Yellow to orange hazy beer with a thick flowing feel to it.

Great big head with a massive foam and fine bubbles.

Aroma comes off with a hoppy sweet fruit and a tickle of apples.

Low CO2, hoppy, light bitterness and a little sweetness in the after taste. The idea of adding 20% apple raw juice to the brew works well compared to other beers with added fruit juices, but its wheat part is underplayed and comes off a little too hoppy.

A very bright yellow in the colour and only slightly hazy.

There was no head at all, any bubbles formed at pouring was gone in a second.

Good sweet fruit in the aroma.

Low CO2 but with a good fruit in the taste, there is a suitable play from the hops and spices.

CO2 was too low, no head and the taste can seem a little doll at the end.

I bought this beer in a wine shop called H.J. Hansen in Odense, Denmark at the price of 5 Euro for a 330ml bottle at 7,6%.

Semi bright yellow, not that hazy look on this unfiltered beer.

Small head, white and fine bubbles that disappears fast.

Spicy and flowered aroma with a hint of fruit.

Strong CO2, very strong flowered taste with a hefty bitterness. Long after taste. It feels like a fast attack of bitterness that moves straight on to a sweet fruit only to go straight into flower notes. There is no sign in the taste of the high alcohol percentage. Well played.
